This benefit is NOT INSURANCE or a SUBSTITUTE FOR INSURANCE. Waiver(s) will continue to be applied to the rental agreement(s) after each 30-day period of confirmed inability to work due to injury or sickness.The waiver will be applied retroactively to the first day of verified inability to work.Upon approval of the waiver request, the waiver will be applied to the rental account(s) after day 15 of being unable to work due to sickness or injury.Payment waivers will end when you are able to return to work or when the above limits are met.Your account is eligible for this waiver up to a maximum of $1,000 on all rental agreements combined or for four consecutive months, whichever occurs first.Payment waivers will be applied to your rental agreement(s).
